Accessories: the cell phone and Ipad.

It's been awhile since I have put anything up, been really busy. When wanting to remodel your home it tends to take up all your time. I did get out to wonder about the malls and actually shop.It was great to get out and look at clothes and shops.I fell inlove with some cute clothes and shoes.And of course I had to look at the purses in Coach. I got alot of ideas after passing by alot of cell phone case kiosks.

I remember looking at Vogue and in one month's issue it had pictures of Ipad cases and cell phone cases. Marc Jacobs has designed Ipad cases. I thought hmm how interesting, can an Ipad or tablet like the Samsung or even NOOK be an accessory. Alot of people carry them around with them EVERYWHERE. Just like the cell phone which in my opinion can be a nifty accessory. My Iphone has a bright pink case and its always with me and matches my purse. When I was at the Apple store I looked for the Marc Jacobs cases.Sure enough,there they were. Bright pink,purple,turqouise, and black foam rubber cases. I would tote mine around in that if I had one. It's pretty durable looking and seemed like it would keep it from getting dinged up. There was also a MARC by Marc Jacobs silcone jelly case,and they come in some pretty shades. Im sure there are more blingy ones out there if that's what you like. I love sparkly cases, but there was something pretty chic about it.

But will the tablets and cell phones continue to become the best accessory. They are certainly around enough. And just like shoes and purses they are always there.Unlike shoes or clothes there is no trying on,no wondering if they fit,wondering if they look silly on you,your body type or age.You just need to know what cell phone you have,seems like people know that more than their own pant size.You always see a phone on someone,in hand or pocket,ear buds on.People always have to feel "connected" might as well have a fun case to not only protect them but to look great. They can really reflect the person who uses the phone or tablet.

I match my phone to my purse or how I'm feeling, just like a handbag some days you just feel like your in a purple or blue mood. Get the right shoes and you are good to go too. Why not have fun with it? I know I do!

Spring shopping

Spring is in the air and warmer weather is on its way. Well, for some people it is already here and for others it is more like summer.With spring come winter sales or end of winter sales, spring savings, whatever they are called.All, I know is you get great deals online or in the stores.You can find some great dresses on sale during this time.While you are saving money by shopping the sales might as well buy some cute sandals and shoes for those dresses. I have been thinking of what to write about now, hit a writers block or whatever you want to call it. And then it dawned on me while I was trying on a cute pair of nude platform heels at Target,write about these shoes! I was super excited about how cute these shoes were. I mean wow, who would have thought that a plain old pair of patent leather nude pumps would make you feel just awesome. They made me feel so "put together", I had been shopping for a cute dress for Easter and a wedding next month and found it! YAY. An adorable little turquoise dress that had pockets. Fit like a glove and I loved it! This was after trying on a cute pink baby doll dress and realized things just don't fit like they used to. Well, I needed shoes to go with it. I didn't want to do black cause well duh that's so obvious to do, or someone mentioned white. But,white just didn't seem like well what I needed. white would have just looked...um too Eastery? Or, they would have stood out much more than the black shoes. I walked with my friend around the isles and thought omg, nude shoes. I read somewhere that nude shoes look great with bright outfits and they can sometimes make you look taller. Hey, I am all for looking taller. So, I found some that I thought to try on and sure enough they made me feel amazing. shoe rack

Well, I will be getting a new closet soon. There's a lot of space to hang things and fold and store clothes and purses. But, what I am most excited for is the shoe rack. It's more of a shoe wall than a rack for shoes. Its a wall of cubby holes for shoes, pretty awesome right? Well yeah! What an awesome thing. Lots of space for all my shoes and for my husband's. But now I have to go through my closet again, and look at my shoes and see what I want to keep and what I want toss. Awesome time for a garage sale right? As long as it stops raining. I have to think about how after I get rid of some things what to replace it with. Have to go through and get my mind into the whole "you haven't worn those in over a year" mode. I am also thrilled that everything will be organized, so very organized. I am not talking organized chaos, serious organizing. But before all that I need to find things that I can fill the cubby holes. Nothing better than going out to replace things especially shoes, and even better when there are sales. Lately though, I have been going to different dept stores and while I love looking at some shoes, they never seem to have my size. Went to Target, saw a cute pair of shoes and none in my size. Rainboot delima

So, Here I have been on the hunt for a new pair or rather first pair of rain boots! Been trying to find a cute pair that I would love to walk around in even in the mud and muck. Hey, if I'm going to be working outside I need to look cute. I am a girly girl. Make fun if you will but I absolutely love the rain boots by Burberry! I want a cute pair of rain boots something colorful and fun!
One thing I noticed was some look like boots for men even though they are women's boots.
Not good. Women shouldn't have to be stuck with plain Jane rain boots that are huge and just plain ugly. Yes, I understand you are walking in the mud not wondering around the streets of London or New York City avoiding puddles.But really,really, do we have to look like we just got bumped off the farm? There are adorable patterns and colors, I saw a bright red pair that looked like regular patent leather boots, but they were RAIN BOOTS! How adorable and I must have!
So, I will continue to buy my cute rain boots even if its wondering around in the mud,they are rubber, they can be cleaned! So I am going to share some of my faves with you all! I hope you like them as much as I do. If not these companies have many more options for ya!
